This 2-part, weekly adjusted programming allows you the comfort to exercise into the second half of pregnancy and supports you as you return to exercise post delivery. Weekly check ins with your coach allow support and guidance for your exercise variations, nutritional needs and recovery best practices for pregnancy.
3 months of personal training & nutritional guidance are provided prior to baby’s due date. Designed to help you keep active during pregnancy, guiding you weekly through exercise modifications that are safe for you and baby.
Then, 3 months of training post delivery to allow you grace and guidance back to movement. Regain strength for your pelvic floor & core. Nutritional guidance for new moms, breastfeeding & managing weight post delivery.
